Have developed competency in establishing performance-driven culture that ensures accountability and personal ownership. Recruit, develop, coach, motivate & reward teams to achieve goals & profitability are some of her key aspects.
She has sound understanding and knowledge of framing internal policies ensuring compliances, her value add is having good relations with international airlines, trade bodies, regulatory authorities and related organizations including government bodies such as Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, Ground Handling Agencies, etc.

B K KAUSHIK
Director Cargo & Logistics
Has over 27 years of cargo experience and holds Masters in Business Administration including Legislative Law. He has contributed significantly and worked with carriers such as Continental Airlines, Jade Cargo, Air Cargo Germany, Philippines, Sri Lankan Airlines to name a few. Previously, he was holding the position of Cargo Head for Lion Group India for eight years, navigating through the challenges of the pandemic and the subsequently recovering the airline from its cargo losses.
He oversees all aspects of cargo operations and strategizing the revenue routes through his vast route network in the local and international arena, he has held senior positions in cargo management, sales, commercials & planning, product management and service delivery.

S M Malhotra is a seasoned aviation professional with a career that began in 2001. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi, Malhotra has amassed extensive experience in the aviation sector. His expertise encompasses managing regulatory compliance, enhancing service quality, and leading teams in high-pressure environments. Over the years, he has held significant roles at BWFS India, Jazeera Airways, and Cambata Aviations, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in operations management, load planning, and workforce coordination.
Fluent in both English and Hindi, Malhotra is dedicated to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Among his notable achievements, he successfully set up 13 stations across India and has been honored with multiple accolades for his contributions to the industry. His commitment to driving excellence and operational efficiency has made him a respected figure in the fast-paced aviation sector.

With over two decades of expertise, he spearheads the business development and execution of marketing strategies, cultivating public interest and elevating brand awareness. Leading marketing and PR initiatives, managing teams, and consistently reviewing and assessing, he ensures the brand maintains its peak. Proficient in goal-setting, strategy establishment, coordination with internal and external parties, and issuing press statements, he founded his first company 'Limelight' in the millennium year in Bangalore and successfully managed it until 2015. Expanding to Mumbai & Globally in 2005, he excels in consultancy, production, acting, and entrepreneurship.
In addition to his role in 'Dhiraj Walks of Art Pvt Ltd' he actively manages diverse businesses in import-export, art, and entertainment. Leveraging his expertise, he navigates these domains, contributing to the success and growth of each venture.
